State funding for development cooperation is becoming more contested in the face of right-wing populist movements. Those developments exist in Finland, Sweden and Germany and have an impact on development cooperation and humanitarian aid agencies.
In this International Talk we will discuss with participants from youth movements from Germany, Sweden and Finland via Zoom about: How do we experience the shift in the political landscape? How are we coping personally with the shift in the public discourse? How are we adapting as organisations? What can we learn from each other? How could we cooperate to strengthen the support for international responsibility and solidarity?
We will have short inputs from each country and then discuss about different questions in breakout sessions.
For Participation please write an Email to johannes.kuestner@brot-fuer-die-welt.de and we will send you the Zoom-Link.
